With nearly 15 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry, I have dedicated my career to helping clients safeguard their most valuable assets—homes, automobiles, boats, and businesses. My focus has always been on providing comprehensive insurance solutions, including personal lines, commercial coverage, and life, annuities, and disability insurance. Recently, my family and I made the beautiful state of Florida our home after relocating from South Carolina. Together with my wife, our two children, and our beloved dog, we enjoy exploring our new community, dining out, playing tennis, and traveling. Kathi Hildebrandt

Account Manager

I began my insurance career in South Florida in 1978 and I have remained in the Florida insurance industry since then, which is now over 35 years to the present, and have obtained my 440 license in the industry in the late 1990’s. Married for 30 years and have 2 children, a 26-year-old son, and a 16-year-old daughter. I love to travel and vacation on the west coast of Florida and love the mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I also love my music, sports, the beach, and of course my Miami Dolphins.

Peggy Loewer

Before moving to Florida, I was a Property Manager for 17 years. At first, I worked in a 55 + community in administration & sales before starting with FIC. I have worked at FIC for about three years now, getting my 4-40 license very quickly! I love dogs and now we have a 3-legged Staffordshire Terrier named Johnny Cash that we rescued. I love motorcycles, traveling, and spending time with friends. I am married and have 2 children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. I enjoy helping people and working with this great group.

I started my journey at Florida Insurance Concepts about a year ago and obtained my 4-40 license along the way. As a part of the team, my goal is to have the insured satisfied and to be proud of the service I produce. Although I’ve just started an insurance career, I enjoy what I do and in the process gained a second family. I’m currently in college working towards my B.S. in Forensic Science Biochemistry and have already completed my A.S. in Crime Scene Technology and General A.A. Started my insurance career after many years in Real Estate. I have worked at Florida Insurance Concepts since 2009. I specialize in accounting and customer service. I have had my insurance license since 2012 and also obtained my insurance adjuster license in 2014. I am married with 3 grown children, a dog, Izzy, and a cat, Mocha. I enjoy going to the beach, and theme parks, reading, and spending time with my family making memories.

Anne Wescott

Commercial Lines Account Manager/Sales

I have worked in the insurance arena since 1990. For the first eight years, I was a catastrophic auto loss adjuster and a workers’ compensation adjuster. In 1999, I moved to the other side of the arena when I went to work for an independent agent. My main focus has been commercial insurance. I enjoy meeting new clients and getting to know them and their businesses. The challenges and changes in the market have made it an interesting career. I have finally finished my Bachelor’s degree! Now I will have more time for my favorite things to do – spend time with family (2 sons, 7 grandchildren, and all my parents) and friends, enjoy any sport involving water, ride motorcycles, camp and watch college football – WE ARE PENN STATE!
